Since 2021 I have worked on business finance and automation: banking integrations, management accounting and financial data.

I build P&L, cash flow and balance sheet reporting from scratch, connect the reports to each other and design the underlying data model. I take a task from process analysis and requirements through implementation, verification and sign-off with users.

  • Audited and standardised management accounting: unified P&L, cash flow and management balance sheet with detail down to SKU, account, marketplace and legal entity.
  • Automated data collection, normalisation and reconciliation along the API → ClickHouse → management marts chain: cost of goods, commissions, logistics, advertising, returns and inventory.
  • Separated sales, services, discounts and Yandex Market co-promotions, removing the mixing of economic entities in commission and profitability calculations.
  • Identified ₽31.9M of capital in 24 inventory items with no sales; prepared liquidity and turnover analysis with proposals on purchasing, pricing and inventory work.
  • Reviewed Wildberries spending and identified inefficient tariff option choices; revised the selection logic.

  • Took the product from concept and requirements to a working application: bookings, customer self-service, balance top-ups, invoices and closing documents.
  • Built integrations with Gizmo, Evotor, Telegram and payment services; developed analytics for revenue, refunds, occupancy, client base and inventory.
  • Stack: FastAPI, React, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Docker, REST API; managed the backlog and tested the product.
